In the second half of 2010, Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. In 1984, Aleesha was born to a family of athletes. Her father had a career in bodybuilding and her brothers participated in various sports, including hockey and ice. Aleesha played other sports such as basketball, softball, and soccer. Her bodybuilding journey began at the age of 15 young. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. However, she began her journey in 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she placed 9th. Her 2015 finish was 9th. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Aleesha has steadily progressed and was able to take home her first ever pro title, the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. She finished in fourth place. But, the "World's strongest mother" decided to take a break from training for medical reasons.
